HR CONTENT WRITERS – RevenueZen is hiring freelance content writers to write about workplace culture, human resources, and related topics. BUSINESS / MARKETING CONTENT WRITER – SproutWorth is hiring an experienced content writer to write articles in the business and online marketing space. You should be deadline driven, have strong research skills, and have a strong knowledge of social media, SEO, content and digital marketing to be considered for this remote content writing job. COMMERCE WRITERS – Bustle Digital Group is looking for experienced commerce writers with 2+ experience writing commerce or affiliate content. You must also have SEO experience. Canadian Writing Jobs (On-Site Writing Jobs in Canada)

CREATIVE WRITER (RADIO) – The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group is looking for a creative writer to join the creative team at 101.5 Kool FM and Wild 953 Radio in Calgary, Alberta.  The role entails working closing with the sales team and clients to develop advertising campaigns.  This is a full-time, in-house Canadian writing job. WRITER AND EDITOR (MARKETING) – GuaranteedRemovals.com is hiring a full-time writer / editor to work in their office in Burlington, Ontario. You must have at least 2 years of writing experience to be considered for this Canadian writing job, along with the ability to research, develop, write, and edit all written company content. TECHNICAL WRITER – BFG Enterprise Services is hiring a full-time writer to work in-house at their office in Markham, Ontario. The writer will interview and collaborate with subject matter experts to write technical documentation supporting products and equipment. To be considered, you must have a post-secondary diploma in a relevant discipline, such as Journalism or Communications, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Calls for Submissions

THE DARK – This is a monthly online magazine that published horror and dark fantasy. They’re looking for fiction submissions of 2,000 to 6,000 words that deviate from the ordinary, though they’re not interested in graphic, violent horror.

Payment is 3 cents per word for original fiction up to 6,000 words paid on publication for first world rights and 1 cent per word for nonexclusive reprint rights.

FIRESIDE MAGAZINE – Fireside will be open to submissions again from April 23 to 27, 2018.

They accept short fiction up to 4,000 words and flash fiction up to 1,000 words. They want stories that have never been published in the English language – translations are okay.  They’re open to any genre with a strong beginning/middle/end plot arc and from writers anywhere in the world. Payment is 12.5 cents per word.
