It’s a short one today, but I promised I’d get back to posting a list regularly so here it is! Still not too shabby for the day after a long weekend and the discovery of sangria wine that requires nothing of me but to drink it. 😉

Today’s list has a few remote writing jobs and one for a copy editor. Of course, I haven’t forgotten my fellow Canadians, so there are a few on-site jobs for you.

Remote Writing Jobs (Online/Work from Home Writing Jobs)

FREELANCE WRITERS – Big Leap is hiring freelance writers to write blog posts, white papers, eBooks, articles, and other web content. These are remote writing jobs. You must be be familiar with AP Style and Chicago Manual of Style, have an understanding of content marketing and SEO, and be an interney lover. Read more/apply

You must have experience writing web content, specifically for mobile. Other requirements include understanding and execution of AP Style, SEO, and a conversational writing style. FREELANCE SCRIPT WRITERS – Filmless is looking for freelance writers to write, edit, and review video scripts. These are work from home writing jobs for writers with 5+ years of content and script writing experience. You must own a Mac or Windows based PC or laptop. Read more/apply

REMOTE COPY EDITOR – iPhone Photography school is hiring a copy editor. This is a remote job that can be done from anywhere in the world as long as you’re able to participate in 10-min online meetings at 11:11AM, Eastern European Time. You must have worked as an editor before and be a native English speaker who can explain technical concepts in simple terms. You should also be at least an intermediate-level photographer.
