It’s Friday and I’ve got the day off. Yay me! Possibly the best perk of being a freelance Cosy-Stock-Photo-Laptop-Bed-The-Stock-Boutique-Hi-Res-1 writer: working your schedule to give yourself a Friday off. Coffee and a trip to the bookstore, and working on a short story for the CBC Creative Nonfiction Prize are the only things on my agenda today. I’m a happy girl.
