It’s Monday and it absolutely feels like one. Managed to put together a good list of new writing job leads, so pour yourself a pandemic/Monday-sized cup of coffee and feel free to spike it. I won’t judge!

The list includes a few remote online writing jobs open to writers anywhere in the world. The last 3 job leads are in-house Canadian writing jobs for my fellow canucks.

I try to post a list daily, but it’s been slim pickings lately. I do my best to only share new leads that have been posted within the last 24 hours or so, so please bear with me during this crazy time. Will share any lead that seems worthwhile.

Remote Writing Jobs (Online / Work-from-Home Writing Jobs)

WRITER/EDITOR (OUTDOOR/CBD) – FeelMeFlow is hiring a remote freelance editor to work with their client; CBD, active, outdoor-geared, lifestyle brand. This is a remote online writing job that will involve a good number of hours creating digital and for-print content. Must have a working vocabulary of CBD, CBD-related laws, outdoor activities, and active lifestyle topics. Must be able to commit to 5-10 hours/week of research, writing, and editing; 2-3 hours/month of scheduling and conducting phone interviews; 5-7 hours/quarterly of writing and revising story pitches. STYLE & GROOMING WRITER – The Manual is hiring an experienced style and grooming writer to write articles ranging between from 400 to 1,500 words. Content includes how-to guides, product roundups, along with features on people, brands, and trends related to fashion and grooming. This is a remote online writing job for a candidate with considerable knowledge of the fashion and grooming industries, from established style conglomerates to emerging designers and entrepreneurs we need to know about. BUSINESS & TECH NEWSLETTER WRITER – Insdide.com is looking for a Business & Tech Writer to master tech and business newsletters. This is a remote writing job for someone well-versed in business and finance topics with at least 4 years’ experience in researching, writing, editing, proofreading, and working independently, and covering business and tech topics. There is the option for full-time or freelance – all remote. Full-time pay is $50K t0 $60K plus benefits. Freelance pay is $100 to $150 per issue. Read more/apply

This is a remote freelance writing job for an experienced writer who loves to write about products and has experience writing and fact checking online. You will research, source, and find the best advice or products for every situation, then turn around airtight copy quickly and reliably while using excellent editorial judgment. You should have experience in tech, business, and world breaking news and the ability to self-edit. You must also be exceptional at Twitter. You can work from anywhere via SLACK. FREELANCE CONTENT WRITER – Eula blue is hiring a creative Content Writer experienced with learning how to tell a brand’s story through your words, ghost writing on websites, blogs, email marketing, case studies keeping the latest SEO techniques in mind and infographics. This is a remote online writing job for a someone with at least three years of experience writing for a B2B audience, and ideally 5 years content writing/blogging and case study experience. Canadian Writing Jobs (In-House Jobs for Writers in Canada ONLY)

RESUME WRITER – Resume Toronto is hiring a part-time resume writer. There is a possibility of becoming full-time. Their office is located next to the Eaton Centre at Dundas Station. There is the opportunity to work from home. Job entails writing resumes and cover letters, editing professional documents, and corresponding with clients. You must have exceptional writing skills, be available to work flexible hours between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, own a laptop, and have MS Office with exceptional knowledge of MS WORD and formatting functions.
